We dvelopped XML application for IP phone menu.
The application is called from telephonic context (display available during telephone call). In our lab works well.
But on customer site we had to call this application from main menu (we moved application menu item from telephonic context to main menu). When calling this application from telephonic context there was no application HTTP request generated on the side of PRS.
Does anyone know where is the problem? Versions PRS or....?

PRS versions can be the issue as the context were introduced on last versions of PRS, so if you are using on customer an oldy one then better upgrade

Our lab versions: PRS - 4.1.0.3.8 ICS 6.5.001.105.d

OXE acts only as interpreter...
The application was set as public or private? COS on the phones?

Here is COS on the IPTouch phones. Is it that? What item should I try?
Is there any other configuration, for example for PRS?
