Attendant waiting guide

Is it possible to have different Attendant waiting guide on each entity. Default is 110. If so, does it have to be a specific Voice guide number.

hi, yes but only from release 4 I think. the waitting guide is set in the entity.
to be able to use that guide you need to set the...
system/DH/othersystem param/DH/attendant param/No answer call entity guide
to true. otherwise 110 is played on all entities.
