issue in call waiting

Hi Team,
i am facing problem in call waiting when some call to did caller person get RBT if person is busy on another call i checked camp on is deactivated

Hi. Under Traslators-->Access COS --> select you user access cos. Enable Icom. DDI hold on busy set. Regards.
