I have to program an OXO to dial LCR "least cost routing" digit's before connecting to there customer, I know I need to use ARS. Can explain how I do this.

They need to dial 4 digits.

You need to go to "Numbering _ Automatic Routing Selection" first.

On Automatic Routing: Prefix (on the right side) you need to make a right click and choose Add for adding a new line.
On this line you need to enter a prefix and divers info.

After you need to go on Trunk Group List and on the right side make a right click and choose Add for adding a new line.
On this line you need to choose a trunk with external line and you can put an access code.

After making this 2 change you need to send the call to the ARS on "Numbering _ Dialing Plans _ Internal Dialing Plans".

I make a example : You select the 0 for a external line and if you call the 0 0041 xxx for Switzerland you add the prefix 1234.

Automatic Routing: Prefix
Activation :YES | Network : PUB | Prefix : 0041 | Ranges : | Substitute : 0041 | TrGpList : 1 | Called : het

Trunk Group Lists
List ID : 1 (same as TrGpList) | Index : x (your trunk with external line) | Char : T (juste for Test display a T on the phone display) | Access Digits : 1234

Internal Dialing Plans
Main Trunk Group : delete the Base to send the call to ARS

With this example you can just make call to Switzerland.
When you make the 0 the table ARS look for prefix and on my table it's just the prefix 0041 then another number are rejected.
You need to add a new line on Automatic Routing : Prefix
Activation :YES | Network : PUB | Prefix : | Ranges : | Substitute : | TrGpList : 1 | Called : het
(this line has no prefix then it's the default line.

If you have any problem please update the post.
