ACD strange bihaviour

Good afternoon, I would like to ask abut ACD application on OXO. I have one customer who has OXO ADC with 5 agents with IP Pimphony. Quite often the ACD get faulty state needs to restart the app and averything is working fine for while. The customer is also quite often complaning that the Pimphony does not ring even if there is right audio device selected in the options of Pimhpny (Pro). Did soemone faced problem s like that ? LAst version of OXO installed, same with ACD and Pimphony. Thank You in advance for any reaction. Petr
Did someone try ADC with IP Pimphony ?

faulty means - the agent get red icon and can not do anything with the callcenter application. There are some more bug the client is facing eg. sometimes the agent cant hear the ringing (he has WM ware 8 running), sometimes the call is not hanged up and call and ACD (attached picture) is busy iven if the agent hanged up. After ACD restart everything is OK but after some time same situation happens again.

I didn't see any document stating that either Pimphony or ACD Assistant are compatible to VmWare 8. Please specify exact releases of the components.
Anyway, if you use a physical set instead of Pimphony, does it clear the issue?

Sorry for late reaction .... Yes, Czech Rep.
The customer has not tried the HW phone but I imagine this would work without any problem. The problem is actually the Human agent with Pimphony - they have 2 networks .. LAN and Wlan - and they connect and deconnect like this ... so the pimphony is not in service and they try to connect to it with the agent .. this lead to Faulty .. after that ... the agent realize He is in faulty and He tries to connect quickly again and He blocks all the ACD and it needs restart. So this is fault of the agant.
But there is another problem with the ACD sometimes (twice a months) the ADC blocks and ACD restart in not enough and whole PBX needs to be restarted .... but there is no track about it ...after I know more I will post it.

Never seen ACD "hanging" on OXO (installed just a handful of these as I am not a fan). So you actually have same problem with different versions of the OXO release? Did you tried without VmWare (install it like on the thick client if available)?
I don't have any other ideas about this, sorry.

No prob ... We had to install IP sets (4038) hope it will work without any problems. Thank You anyway.
