TSL allows to modify or translate the OXE strings display on the sets, PC's (for the oxe app like 4059).
1st you make the strings modification, then you must send them to Alcatel R&D in order to integrate them on OXE.

Is this Tls.exe tool (in attachment TSL.zip) still valid for newer OXE SW releases (e.g. R10.x ; R9.x ; R8.x ; ...)?

If not can you provide here an up-to-date version?
