Hello,
We need to configure the following performance for the PABx. When an incoming call arrives to the attendant group, normal calling tone should be heard three times and then a voice guide "informing that the call will be answered in a moment" and then again the calling tones till the call is really answered.
How can this be done?
Just a note, for these incoming calls, the DDI is pointing to an entity prefix, not to an attendant prefix.

I have tried with incoming greating guide but it is not working.
Any idea?

normally I would set the operator overflow message up and create as the message a chained z guide.
for this to work it uses the static guide selected and then plays the MOH from a Z port.

only other thing I have done is to record a new guide with a message then eiter ringtone or music and used this new guide as the operator overflow message.
