Attendant Console Name shown

Hello,
I am new on this OXE world.
We have an attendant group with two attendant sets, when they perform an internal call, the destiny set does not show who is calling. It appears nothing.
It is not a problem on the set cause when it is an internal call between sets the name appears.
I have tried to introduce the number of the attendant group, the attendant sets and also the attendant prefixe on the phone book but it is not working.
Any ideas to solve this?

you must create a prefix "indivdual attendant call" for each attendant. Then you need to create a name in the phonebook for each prefix.

Hello again,
I have notice that when using this estrategy, not only the name defined on the phonebook appears, but also the number of the prefixe.
Is it possible not to appear the number?

I'm not sure if that is possible but maybe someone else could help.
One thing you can do is to make the number start with an "A" like A1000 and A1001 for prefixes then noone can call them directly.
