What is the procedure to break or reset the password in omniaccess wlan controller 4504.

Please some one help me on this it's urgent.

Hi Ram,
Could you try the following using the console cable:

User: password
Password: forgetme!
(OAW4308) > enable Password: enable
(OAW4308) # configure terminal
(OAW4308) (config) # mgmt-user admin root password # ********* Re-type password # ********
(OAW4308) (config) # exit
(OAW4308) # exit
(OAW4308) > exit User: Then login with username admin with the password you used.
The Enable password is set to "enable"

Thanks A lot man I will try this. as of now we are using Ap61 access point now we are going to implement 4 no of Ap 105 access point we have enough license in the controller. is it Ap 105 will Compatible For 4504 controller . Please Let me know .
it's urgent. we have to choose the product that will compatible for 4504 controller.

Hello Ram,

All the AP's are compatible with the OAW-4504 controller. The AP-6x series are end of life, however still supported on the latest 6.1.x release, so there should be no problem should you upgrade.
The AP-105 is absolutely supported.

I am waiting for client confirmation to break the password in controller.

If i break the password in 4504 controller means is there any chance to losing my current configuration...?

There will be no loss of configuration. You just reset the admin account password.
