My Extension not running.

Hello!
I'm having a problem to open "my extensions" in outlook 2007 OS win7, wend start outlook i receive this massage: "Due to a connection problem with the server, the omnitouch 8400 ICS extensions are unavailable"
I can connect to de server, telnet "server" 3595 or telnet "server" 443 or telnet "server" 80 with no error.
