Are you getting some password policy related errors?
Check the root cn=config-> password policy and modify the relevant attribute to solve the issue.
While log in to the 8770\bin\DirManag.exe enable the check box Config Suffix to see the root cn=config

Hello,

on 8770, you can use ToolsOmniVista.exe. It is located in folder 8770\bin on the server. You need to login with Directory Manager password, it is stopping the services of 8770 but in the underlying menu, you can change the adminnmc password.

Dear, thanks for your responds. As you told, I found ToolsOmniVista.exe and I tried to login using Directory Manager password. But, the windows disappeared when I click "Enter" after entering password.

Hello,

so maybe it is not the correct directory manager password.
Please visit the following thread which includes to reset the password for directory manager as well:
http://www.alcatelunleashed.com/viewtop ... 84&t=25729

But go to DirManag.exe first and connect by specifying your host name of 8770 server, use port 389, type into the login field cn= directory manager and put the password of directory manager into the password field, and use LDAP version 3. If a tree opens, then directory manager password was correct and ToolsOmniVista should work as well.
