Hi

Did anybody try to install My IC Mobile on Iphone?
I created the extension and did the settings in accordance to TC1553 but the problem is after I configure the mobile number on "preset numbers: mobility number". When I try to activate call routing to this numbers it doesn't active.

Thanks in advance.

I have tried with public url and internal LAN wifi.
Both has the similar problem :
I hear engaged tone/busy tone at the UA set though display showed 'in conversation', but iPhone cannot receive any voice. When press 'Hold'
on iPhone, the tone at UA set stops. When 'Hold' is released from iPhone, the tone comes back. strange. Speech just didn't get through.
When making call to My IC Mobile extension, UA set receive 2-3 ringback tone and released, whereas iPhone may receive a 'missed call'.
Had put in eSR and see what can be done.

i had mine working as well. It was the trunk line that had not been active.
It needed 1 trunk line to connect 'internal business communication' with oxo subscriber
and 2 trunk lines when My IC Mobile apps make an 'external business communication'
through OXO system.

Hi enio, Hi all,
I followed the tc1553 , then installed the app on Iphone4S. And it works.
On Iphone into "preset numbers :mobility numbers" you have to put the cell phone number. Then calling the subscriber, works.

I notice instead that "to voice mail" is not working.
Once i tick "To voice mail", the iphone "works" but after a few seconds the tick cames back to "none". Incredible!
Also when i want to listen to the "voice mail" i can see the number of messages, but the app displays: "no voice mail" and "call" button is disabled.
I'm using iphone 4S and app 1.0.6
Did someone encounter these issues?

Thank'you in advance for any suggestions
Bye

hi Im struggling to get my iphone registered on my oxe RCS.
I have the relevant licences on the oxo and have down loaded the app.

in the server name i have placed the public ip address which is has an open port of 50433 going to port 433 - oxo listening port. but the app in showing unable to find configuration.

i have tried it on the local wifi and throught my ECS but the app will not communicate with the OXO.

Does anybody have a basic instruction, proven working crib sheet ?

thanks

hi selectt,
Did u done all tc1553 steps?Do u have the possibility to have your oxo(just the time for a test)on a public IP?

>>in the server name i have placed the public ip address which is has an open port of 50433 going to port 433 - oxo listening port. but the app in showing >>unable to find configuration.
Is your oxo under firewall? if not, no reason to do port forwarding.
The "server name" you are referring, must be the public ip of the oxo without "https" or "port" indication (like stated in tc1553) e.g. 81.88.xxx.xxx
Did u check with wireshark the ethernet traffic to the oxo?

>>i have tried it on the local wifi and throught my ECS but the app will not communicate with the OXO.
on iphone 4s you must enter the subscriber, its pwd, and then the oxo ip plus the port 443 e.g. 81.88.xxx.xxx:443

I don't have ecs, so i cannot help.

>>Does anybody have a basic instruction, proven working crib sheet ?
I followed tc 1553 and it works after rebooting the oxo(incredible but true)!
(even the voice mail and contacts started working after rebooting the oxo...incredible)
tc 1553 contains all information about the subscriber's settings, the oxo settings, the iphone myicmobile's settings

Hope it helps. Let me know.
If u will be still in troubles, I will write tc1553 with plain text.
Bye

I hope get it working. by the way, the port is fixed 50443. don't think you can change to 50433.

Rgds.
