Cannot get the INTIP(2) to the network

Another trouble today that I finally understood:
The customer had a INT-IP2 that he could not get access to.
Everything was all right (Always remember to check the jumpers by the way!). The ethernet cable is going to an Alcatel Omnicore.. Well.. If it does not work, set up your laptop with the INT-IP2 IP address, and plug it (the laptop) to the Core. It will activate the port. Once it is done, just plus the INT-IP2 and everything should work !
