Problem with set supervision
Problem with set supervision
I created set supervision keys with the option " short ring without overinging" on 4 different sets to see the incoming calls of each phone. all users are configured exact identical. but only for calls for one user it is working correct. calls to the 3 other users are presented as if the keys are configured with the option "no ring". the key shows that the phone is ringing, but no ring and number shown in the displays. There are several of these groups working fine. I´ve recreated the keys, i´ve deleted the whole user and created them again... no change...
are there any limitations for supervion keys with short ring??
Release of the oxe is Rel 6.1 / f250226

Re: Problem with set supervision
I remember there was a limit of 20 supervisons per user.
That's the only restriction in my mind for the moment.

I can't edit my posting here
Supervisions per Node: 15.000
Supervision keys per set: Limited by number of keys on set
Supervisors for one DN: 20
Supervised sets: No limit
But you could check your tables using the command: multitool CHECK REPAIR

Re: Problem with set supervision
no - limitation is not badly written. But the question should be "Is 'limitation' written badly (or incorrectly)"? LOLcavagnaro wrote:
