qsig trunk access delay

see my config

prefix setting to : Professional trunk seize
system : overlap seizure +true
trunnk groups:overlap dialing +No
discriminator rule: call number:9 number of digits:9
now i dialing :prefix +983075100 then delay about 15S can sent to the trunk.

system version:I160521

how can i do?

For me - right management:
prefix setting to : Professional TG seize with overlapping
system : overlap seizure +true (or no - if you need dialing in block mode)
