Mac-move/flap detection

Hi all!
Is there any way to enable logging information about mac-flapping or mac-moving to swlog, just like in cisco ios with "mac-address-table notification mac-move" command?
Maybe someone also could advice another way to detect bridge loops without STP on Alc6850.

there is no "mac-moving to swlog" feature by Alcatel.
