rebuild a cs-2

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with my cs-2, she don't boot and there is no LED on the CPU (LAN1 blinking) and when i put a terminal there is no data.
Is it possible to rebuild the cs-2 card with pc installer or other (jtag or dil switch)??
