CS IP Address

Hi all, I have a problem with a CS-2, when I try to change it's IP adress with the command "netadmin" (tried even with netadmin -m) I dont get any errors by the CS but i cant ping it in any way...
running netadmin command and set it out like this:
I dont have so much experience with OXE, and i cant understand what's the problem. I followed the instructions given to me in the Alcatel-University but it seems not to work
Can someone help me out?
