Hi Guys,

Whats is the meaning of cause 96 in this incident? On incinfo command i can´t see the meaning...

Actually in this error P1 uses Q.931 (or Q.850 for more info) cause values.
For 96 - it is "Mandatory information element is missing". So check VPN call with t3 trace.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
