INTOF Board having problem;Syn Indication is coming on it.

Hi ,

I am a filed Engineer . One of My Customer -Crisil-SEZ -Powai has Alacatel -OXE-Crystal H/W R8.0.1-g1.503-11-in-c7s2.When I see the incidents in incvisu I am getting the Incidents as follows:

(1)cpu_a> incvisu -t 10

Some additional info?
Problem was absent but now exist - or you install new boards.
Optical or copper connection (for copper not used TY1 cable, only INT_INT or TY2)?
Exist or not another incidents (like problem with PRA2/NPRAE boards)?
If you change INTOFA/INTOFB - you have the same problem?

I did not get U..Can U plz Elaborate a Little...Also INTOF Card Syn Indication is coming on the Card......Also When I Logged in to the MAin Cpu (192.168.1.12-Main Physical ) & gave bascul Command , Many Extensions were down , Also Checked the twin Status Continously & when I got all ready, gave BAscul Command again , So the MAin CpU again got its Role back from Standby to MAin.......But the Problem didnt got resolved ....So I Hard rebooted the CArds ...>Finally The Problem got resolved but When We see the Listerm in Both Cpu , There is some Issue; In MAin CPU the Extensions are through i.e. dotted....... bt the Standby.....the State is ...........B.... But the Extensions are OK by now.....

My questions was:
- problem exist long time or start one (two, three..) days ago.
- connection via COST-MO (MU) board - optical link or copper (INT-INT cable f.e.).
- if you change INTOFA and INTOFB - INTOFA insert instead of INTOFB, INTOFB insert instead of INTOFA - something changed or not?

Have not InterChanged the INTOF Card as U Suggested ; The Site is Very Business Mission Critical type .Plz Suggest. No its not Copper ; The BAck end is Normal Emphenol Cable.

In this site we cloned system because of synchronization problem & Chorus IPC alarm. But after that, this error come out.

and card is showing syn alarm.
INTOF card is connected through TY2 cable.
and it is old one only.

Please suggest.

Check connections, check - in INTOF board not managed synchropriority (255).
Check with "infocs" - PBX synchronized from PTT (and no problem with synchro).

Try as Vad suggested to reverse INTOF boards. The reason for this is sometimes INTOFB does not download new binaries.
