Hello there,

When i try to log in as an user over network via Internet Explorer, i get an error " The Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch™ 8660 My Teamwork service is currently unavailable."
Everything is working properly, i can access the conferences and web admin portal. The only problem is users can not log-in. What is the problem? Do you have any ideas?

Another question is; When i try to connect to server by using Putty with SSH, i logon as admin and password (changeme) access is denied. What is the password of the admin user?

I found what the problem is.
If you change the web server name, you get the problem what i got.
