Load new SW (9.1)
Restore database
Restore new OPS files (for 9.1)

For SW download your need PC Installer. But if you have system SW - you have PC Installer (in /dhs3mgr/system_sw/pcmao/boot_res/pcinstall ащдвук).

Dear all!

i encounter the problem with the OXE in my customer site: the sysem is running with R9.1 but the software key is just for R9.0, it made the system unstable. Now i am going to downgrade the software release from 9.1 to 9.0 to match the sw, however, i am not sure whether i can restore the customer database (which back up in R9.1) to the R9.0 or not?

anyone know about it, please give me the advices!

Hi Phu,

it's not advisable to downgrade the release also u can't restore the backup from r.9.1 to r.9.0, it will give lot of errors, as cava suggested better u ask for correct key, or wht is ur scenario is this new system or u upgrade the PABX..

we just get this maintenance contract for this customer, and this fault was made by the previous service company... the customer don't want to pay for upgrade license. That why i am looking for the way to downgrade the system's version. Anyone can help?

In that case I hope you have an old backup available....
Like some others already said, you cannot use the R9.1 backup on a R9.0 installation.
Worst case, you could try to:
1) export all data from customer oxe using Omnivista 4760 or 4760i
2) import it in a R9.0 (lab)system
3) make a backup of this system
4) install this backup at customer site
