i have a problem with a GD3 Board and i need our support.
my oxe Rel 9.1-i1605-25-b.
2x large shelf with hsl link connection and a separate small shelf with pcs ip connection not active.

When GD3 goes ok again, probably incvisu shows an alarm like this "GD reason of the reboot". Can you show them?
It can be lost of connection with CS.

In your case: "- 2: Hardware reset on loss of DL IP". Check LAN connections. Maybe somebody tells us the meaning of DL in this error.

Lan Connection, mh. CS-Board, GD-Board connect over SLAN-4.
I configure the gd board with full 100 mb, is this correct?

I keep my GDs always as auto negociation, option 1, see below.


Current duplex mode is: auto-negociation
Enter new duplex/speed mode :

0: auto-negociation (half duplex only)
1: auto-negociation

2: 100 Mps/full Duplex
3: 100 Mbps/half-duplex

4: 10 Mbps/full-duplex
5: 10 Mbps/half-duplex

We have had excatly the same errors on a customer site, did it help to change the speed mode?

Strange, the system have been running 3 months with no problem, then suddenly, massive resets of the GD3...
