cannot dial vmail hunt group from operator

Hi all,
We have an oxe with rel 9.0. its a hotel system. The external calls which are transferred to the guest rooms returns back. now when the operator answers it back, the operator must be able to dial the voice mail hunt group number and enter the room number and transfer the call to the caller. but when the operator dials the hunt group number its silent and if we transfer the call blindly it asks the customer to dial the mailbox number.
I need the operator to dial the hunt group and the mailbox number and then transfer the call to the caller so he can leave the message.
please help me out..
