F.e. if user 2000 use substitution prefix (with user 3000+password) - in accounting ticket:
- charged number=3000
- acting extension number=2000

Hi
If I have actingextension number E0010002 and charged number the same how do I know where the call originated from? I do not have user E0010002 on my system but it does appear as a station in numbering plans, I have ICS,ACS Unified messaging , etc on the system
Thanks

Hi,
When the pbx was installed. I asked this because when the system came from France there are some predefined extensions like this used for tests. Maybe these predefined numbers weren't deleted and for automatic substitution this is set in the system. You have OXE no?

Adrian

Yes it is OXE, it was installed maybe 6 years ago. These are used by alcatel for tests but these only exist in numbering plan and not as users, I have 31 of these numbers managed in my pbx. Maybe they are being used in automatic substitution for remote extension ? I was thinking if they were something to do with otuc.
would I have these numbers as charged user and acting extension number if substitution was made from external caller or would I have the internal mcdu that had been substituted?
