External Callback Translator problem - International calls
Posted: 06 Jun 2011 05:06
Hello All,
We have a problem concerning the Ext. Callback Translator with International calls
My setup:
OXE R9.1-i1.605-21-de-c0s1
Duplica. CPU
Shelfs in 3 countries with trunk groups on each site.
• Ext.Callback Translation
• A 1 000
• DEF 0 0

Let me inform that all national calls are working correct, problem is only with international calls.
When the IPTouchs recive International calls it displays the firstname and name of a random user + calling number + calling number once again.
Looks something like this in the display: John.Doe.47223344.004722334455
If I use the call back funktion on the phone (red flashing button) it works fine, both displayed number and callback funktion. Problem only accure when using internaltional INCOMING calls.
If i configure like this, everything is working fine:
• Ext.Callback Translation
• A 1 #3000 (#30 trunkprefix + 00)
• DEF 0 0
But I cant do that cus we are using ARS for each country. I have done a t3 and see the calls coming in and out, nothing seems to be abnormal.
So, bottom line is when using ARS in the Ext. Callback Translator the problem comes up, I have gone over the dokumentation and the businesspartner webpage serval time with no luck.
Can any point me in the right direction, hints ect?
Thx.
