anyone having win dhcp 2003 server with AVA working ???

Hi
we have deployed ip phones with external WIN 2003 DHCP Server.. with OPTION 66 and 67 configured... Tested AVA with OPTION 43 also .. but never a success....
OPTION 43 under Global DHCP OPTIONS has the HEX value of the VLAN ID and the Server pushes the required VLAN to the PHONe.BUt the phone does not overwrite the existing VLAN with the one provided by the DHCP Server except for VLAN ID 4095 (default vlan on a New Phone).
Anyone Please help if u have AVA Feature working on WIN DHCP SERVER 2003
