I want how was that function.

when A (iptouch phone 4038) calling to B(4038) , B is not answer. only what prefix or suffix code push is transfer call to C (4038)

In other words A -> B calling but B don't want answer only forwarding C by prefix code or suffix code.

Can I do that ? or impossible function.

when I search function first, I defined the transfer number special number.

then when calling the phone , transfer calling to special phone number.

I want control prefix or suffix code transfer when call is ringing and just not answering status.

why you dont make a hunting group or make a forward on no reply in dynamic user state?

If user B order forward to user C.
User A call user B - in usual case you will have call forward.
If you (user A) want to call user B - you need to dial "bypass on forwarding".

my customer need this function.

and I configu prefix *07 (set feature / immediate forward) and testing is ok only transfer to Internal number.

I want transfer to external number (ex> mobile number , national number exc...)

Can I do that another method ?

If with forward to internal number - Ok.
for forward to external number - you have 2 additional point:
- user (who make forward) - phone feature COS - Rights Forward to external No=1
- calling user - phone feature COS - Local Calls follow Ext. Forwarding=1

I testing explain more in detail.

I push the prefix key when B is ringing.

Don't pick the call from A never.

In this situation, I push the prefix key *07 and push the mobile phone number.(010-4444-5555).

Can I do this function?

I testing the functiion. Can't do that.

Configure a key on set B as "Forwarding on ringing". User B presses that key when phone rings and dials extension C.
