One way comms over INTIP3 boards

Does anyone know about this issue, in a Crystal configuration with INTIP3 boards for manage the internode link ABC-IP when one of the 5 INTIP3 board are present, more specific the INTIP3 of the position 0-17 in main shelf the PCX begin to generate a lot of incident #4104 and all calls from or to this node have the one way comm symptom, The node #1 is the more important backbone node in network 'cause the 90% of traffic in network pass over this node,
Have any one a clue about this issue??????
I attached the logs obtain form the boards via INFOCOLLECT tool, and the INCVISU file too
