TAPI Premium Server

Hi,
i have a strange problem with an R9.1 OXE (with TAPI Premium Server Licenses) and an external TAPI-Server (ESTOS Pro Call 4.0).
On any TAPI-Application (i have tried several applications and several extensions on the oxe) i get the number like this: 0008501...with three 0 at the beginning.
I have deleted one extension in the oxe for testing and recreated this extension and then it works...i get the number like this: 008501...with two 0 at the beginning.
So i think the fault is in the programming of each extension in the oxe...
Has anyone an idea where to search for this error or anyone had this error before because i don't want to delete all extensions and recreate them
