I've recently downloaded the system documentation for release 10.
but could not get anything yet on the BPWS regarding the release presentation which is supposed to underlign benefits and newness brought by release 10 ( feature/functionalities wise, and hardware/board wise)
if any one has that release presentation/communication doc, I would appreciate the sharing.

It will be more news on OpenTouch R1 than OXE R10. OpenTouch R1 is lets say like BICS 3 with Genesys SIP server on separate Virtual machine instance and some others things like 8770 ( replacement of 4760).

Unofficially its end of May/June, but not sure. Too quiet for release notes and so on...

Please I need to know if this release is already supported by Alcatel.

No, you will be forced to upgrade to latest version available and pay the support you haven't paid in those years your customer didn't pay.
