PLease help me anyone. Could you please help me in our OXO Problem. I have a problem with an analog trunk. The Phone is always giving a tone like busy tone.Why analogue trunks never disconnected although caller hangs up the phone during voice guide playback such calls routed to agent / extension with busy tone then terminated both incoming and out going call.I changed each port or perform warm reset, the analog phone worked fine. a few days later the issue reoccurred. (R7.x)

It seems that your analog trunk board is holding the trunk, like it been always off hook. Did you checked your analog trunk board? Have you changed the analog board port?

Is it enabled trunk to trunk tranfer? You can have this kind of problem. When you have trunk to trunk tranfer with analogs you need to have something to disconnect the line, polarity reversal or tone detector. I have had some problems because of the trunks without them.
