IP security/Trusted host type

Hi all,
I am working to enable IP security on OXE call server R9.1. but i have problem in defining some trusted hosts like CCIVR servers and CCS client. i wonder at what host type should i configure such hosts as trusted. i don't think they have to be configured as "Router and other applications". since this type profile will not allow any TCP services.
Any body can help?
