Hello,
I have an oxe media gateway r 9.1 and am connecting Ahl over V24 using a moxa box to Fidelio suite 8. Sending room tickets to fidelio is ok but checkin/checkout requests are being rejected. However i can checkin/out using AHL Simulator. I traced the string below from Fidelio which i have noticed does not have CRC. Initially i had connected to Fidelio through a 3rd party, via Ethernet and all was working ok. Anyone with an explanation to this kindly assist.

Use the interowrking document available on ABPS for this kind of connection. It is very clear about the settings.

Thanks guys for all your participation, the problem has been resolved by a Fidelio guy, i believe it was just an issue with settings on Fidelio.
