Unable to provision AP65 on OAW-4604

Hi Everyone,
We have an OAW-4604 controller. We are implementing a brand new wireless solution. After the initial configuration on the controller (vlan's, ports, wlan's) we connected one of the AP's we were going to be using. After connecting the AP the PWR led stays on and the ENET led starts blinking on the AP as if it was negotiating something with the controller. However, the radio leds never come up on the AP and the SSID is never irradiated. On the controller side, no even the MAC address of the AP that we connected is showing up. We tried connecting the AP directly to one of the ports on the controller but still got the same result. We also tried to telnet to the AP via SOE to check the booting process on the AP and try to purge it or at least configure the IP parameters manually on it, but still no luck, we were unable to access the AP. We also tried using a Y-cable to SOE to the AP with no luck as well. We have already tried with a different AP of the same model and still got the same problem.
We have OS version 3.3.2.16 on the controller. The OAW is operating as a Standalone. At the moment we have just created one vlan for guest access on the controller and one wlan associated to that same vlan. One of the ports on the controller is configured as a trunk port and the rest of the ports are asigned to vlan 1 by default. We also configured a DHCP server on the controller for the guest vlan in order for the AP's to obtain the IP parameters from the controller.
We're currently stuck at the point that we are unable to provision any AP's on the controller.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
