Hdd problem

Hello,
i have problem with HD on my OXO, when i install software via Lola all goes ok HD format etc. but when I change the dip swicth back and try to run it, it gets stuck and doesn't load.
Tried different Xmem card and different HDD, happens everytime
Also tried to run it without HDD it loads up, but when i look on Main Cabinet\CPU in OMC, it doesnt see the Xmem card.
