Voice mail in/out service + remote access

Customer has a rel 5.1, analogue lines with AA.
Voice mail ports have went out of service.
With a 4035 you could go to users and place them in and out of service.
The customer only has a 4039, is there another solution ie with a prefix ?

As ive stated the customer has AA with analogue lines, so how do other engineers access system with analogue lines with AA ?

There is an analog modem (V34) in the OXO.
Call and have your modem transfered to the modem extension number.

Have not seen out of service VMU ports before, is it possible that the license is not correct? Should always be 2 VMU ports on the system..

I have placed analogue modem in att group 8 and asked customer to set the system to night mode when i need access.

Licences are fine just the ports keep on going out of service ! :?
