Trunk Line for OTCC

Hello,
I have an oxo rel 5.0. it was configure for call center. my problem is when a caller hang up while on queue for around five minute. then a caller disconnect, Trunk line hangs... could it be possible when the caller hangs up trunk lines also disconnects from the system? are there any parameter to configure for the immediate termination?
