PROBLEM WITH VMWARE REMOTE

When I try to open one it remote virtual machine, always it gives me the following error: Error opening the remote virtual machine 10.10.10.20:443/48.
It happens to me with any navigator: Internet or Firefox

1. Try to uninstall the plugin you have and then reconnect to install it again. There is a plugin change from VMware server 2 and >2. (Changes in BiCS 2.1 and BiCS 2.21)
2. Check the network configuration on you PC. Have you filed in gateway for the network?
3. Try another PC located at the customer. You can manage Team view to his/her PC and then try to reach BiCS server.
