Hi Mircea. Assuming you are calling a local (in the same node) pilot, probably your loopback hybrid link is out of service.
You can use
hybvisu all
command.
You should see smth like this:
--------------------------------------------
List of accesses
+----+---------------------------------+-------------------------+-----+
| | Main signalling support | Stby signalling support | Nb |
| Nb | GPA State Position Support | GPA State Support | trk |
+----+---------------------------------+-------------------------+-----+
| 1 | ON UP (19, 0, 0) B Channel | | 0 |
| 2 | ON UP (19, 0, 1) B Channel | | 0 |
+----+---------------------------------+-------------------------+-----+
Note that the links are up.
Also a prefix (routing number) pointing to the same node, beginning with the first digit (or first digits) of the pilot must be present in prefix plan.

Thanks...somenone did some settings without me knowing and it screwed up the hyb links. I deleted and recreated the links and after a restar(no bascul) it works again...crazy stuff.
Tanks again for the answer. Funny was that hybvisu showed all links up and on but none was working
