I have a third party application that works with Xcapi, Xcapi simulated Capi for my application, the connection from my OXE to this application is on a Sip trunk based on QSIG-GF.

This application looks like an IVR.

The problem is when i make a internal call from a 4020&TSC IP set ( premium IP ) to this application. And i have to make a choise in a menu. The system doesn't regonize the digits i dialed. From any other set ( 4035 IP, 4028 IP touch )on this OXE there are no problems.

Any idea ??

1) you use DTMF prefix like ##?
2) you have proper LAN enviroment? (put it on switch with just OXE, TSCIP and GD/MADA or INTIP/GIP or ARMADA)

Should work, as SET is not invoked in DTMF, the pbx generates tones to any IP-based party.
Could you record your ip traffic on your ivr-like side and do a 'dtmf - recognition' by other software (like cooledit)

btw: the TSC sets are phased out, and normally no-one ever cares about them..

1) i use DTMF with numbers and # to confirm some times
2) this is something to test, it is a very large site

I have record with Wireshark and i see nothing in the trace, and when i listing the packets i hear nothing.

I know the sets are phased out a couple of years right now

What does DTMF stand for on my phone set up? Does anybody know what DTMF stands for on my initial phone set up option?it gives me these choices-short,long or off.
