how we can connect avaya ip phone with switch. what is the requirement cmds for ipphone?

not sure what type of commands you are looking for, but with an Avaya (former Nortel) UNISTim phone (1100/1200 series what we use) that has recent firmware and a factory default configuration, we setup a dedicated VLAN for phones, configure and IP routing interface and ip helper. We then use LLDP to provision the phones into this VLAN. Running version 6.4.3.668.R01 on OS6850s, see below for an example of the LLDP configuration:
lldp network-policy 1 application voice vlan 2005 l2-priority 0 dscp 0
lldp chassis tlv management port-description enable system-name enable system-description enable system-capabilities enable
lldp chassis tlv management management-address enable
lldp chassis tlv dot1 vlan-name enable port-vlan enable
