Auto Attendant dissapear

I upgraded OXO system from release 3 up to 7.0 . Also, I bought VoIP trunk licences and load them. Then I reloaded OXO configuration, with cdb file. After that, Auto Attendant stopped working. All external calls are routed to a Operator Group, rings on a telephone groups, but the "welcome message" doesn´t play (wav file).
I looked at Hardware Limits, Facilities Availables, and Auto Attendant is marked as "open". It´s not marked as enabled or disabled. So, can it be a licencing issue? I didn´t make any configuration changes, just reload a working config after a release upgrade.
