Auto Attendant dissapear

I upgraded OXO system from release 3 up to 7.0 . Also, I bought VoIP trunk licences and load them. Then I reloaded OXO configuration, with cdb file. After that, Auto Attendant stopped working. All external calls are routed to a Operator Group, rings on a telephone groups, but the "welcome message" doesn´t play (wav file).
I looked at Hardware Limits, Facilities Availables, and Auto Attendant is marked as "open". It´s not marked as enabled or disabled. So, can it be a licencing issue? I didn´t make any configuration changes, just reload a working config after a release upgrade.

Is HD ok?
Have you seen if voice mail ports are out of service?

Hi, HD seems OK. Voice mails ports are working well. I will check them again.

Hi, I solved the problem. Database was saved with PMI310/12.1 version of PM5 and the one I have now is PMI310/22.0. The databases are not well processed. I had to check all the settings and change the things turned bad.

When you make an upgrade from R3 to R7, then you MUST use OMC for R7or above to save database from R3.
