can not creat any shelf or borad?

Dear all

can any one help me i make install Hardware Omnipcx enterprise R9 but when i make configration software i can not creat any shelf or borad
i have processing error -1mao....
so what i must do to solve this problem ?

Hi,,

U dont need to create sheclf or boards, when u do the installation, just install the ops files, shelf and boards are created automatically according to OPS..

Here in africa we receive R9 system with partial OPS, we used to take the complete ops file from actis and install it in the system and everything goes fine...hope this helps u..

If you want to create (after SW downloading) for lab testing.
Create in swinst empty database (for your country) and start telephony.
In normal way - when you restore OPS files - all equipment will be created.
