Hi All

I have an OXO rel7.0. There is 6 Ip phones and 1 T2 ISDN trunks.

Ihave ordered extra license and hardware for Automated Attendant. Alcatel has sent 1 XMEM cardand 1 harddisk attached to the XMEM card.

I cannot connect VOIP card XMEM card and Harddisk together.

What sould I do?

Beacuse of this hardware incompatibility system is giving Software key problem messages in IP phones.\

Thanks

Hi ACFE

Remove xmem from hd and put voip in that place.

HD doesn't need xmem to work. It needs only the cable connection. This connection voip card also has.

Regards.

Thanks,

However there is no any cable connection. There is a special connection card daughterboard which connects VOIP card and HD.
Can I use that connection card?

Hi

Is SATA your HD? If yes you must use that daughter board.
