Redial unoblainable

hello
I Have OXO with 4019 SET
i use the Redial Button to call with last used number
but I failed always
and screen msg is:<unobtainable>
please tell me the resolution

Probably you didn't configure well the redial prefix in OMC-->Numberin-->Installation numbers

Dear tot3nkoptf
I checked my OXO configuration by OMC --> Numberin --> Installation numbers
and found thre recall Prefix is blank
please lead me to set the right value.

Usually this is the outbound dial prefix that you use.
