Hi All

I am having problems dialing out from my fax server

The server sends the sip invite to the OXE but the call fails and the error on the fax is an 804

See attached for sip trace

It looks that OXE require authentification. Try to switch off it all.

My OXE is set for sip digest = none on both proxy and external gateway. is there somewhere else for authentication that needs disabling?

Thanks for your help, for some reason after we had our power off all weekend the fax server is now able to send out, even though I had already completely re booted everything!! ah well good old Alcatel
