Reset INTIP by Incident 5857

Hi guys,

How are you?
I´ve got a problem with an INTIP board. It´s being restarted many times and i only can see an incidente 5857 with reason 4 ( Soft reset on loss of DL backup ).
The network is property of the client and is managed by their tecnicians. I´ve asked about network statistics and they told me that everything´s OK but i think the problem is due to network failures.

Can somebody help me with this incident.

Hello,

We sent this incident to the provider and they told me to upgrade de patch version.
Now we´re working on release R8.0.1-g1.503-31-es-c0 and they recommends us to upgrade on R8.0.1-g1.503-35g-es-c0

Hello,

the reboot of your Board is caused by a keep alive loss. Check the Keep Alive Configuration and try to increase the UDP Keep Alive & UDP Reinit counter.
Attention! You shell not set one of the counter higher than 15 (s).
