Microsoft DHCP with PCS

Hi everyone,
i have some Questions about a DHCP configuration with an external Windows 2003 DHCP Server and PCS
First explain my configuration:
OXE Rlease 9.1
Main Site: OXE with CPU Redundancy (2x Appliance Server)and a DHCP Server running on the CS
IP Phones on Main Site are configured to Alcatel DHCP only.
50 Remote Sites: With an GD3 and a PCS
On each Remote Site my Customer runns a Windows 2003 Server with DHCP.
IP Phones are configured to get an IP from this Server. Everything works fine
The Connection to the Main Site is with Cisco Router and a 2 or 4 Mbit SDSL Line.
Cisco won`t configute a DHCP Relay
So my Question is:
When the IP Link to the Main Site is lost, the PCS is running.
But in Windows 2003 Server i could only enter ONE TFTP Server.
So in case of crash, the phones could not reach the Main TFTP Server on CS
Is there any solution to provide two TFTP Adresses (Main CPU ans PCS) to the IP Phone?
Best regards
