Hello everybody,

i want delete a very old pilot in our OmniVista 4670.

But i get the following error:

[8:52:33 AM] > Delete \Prodefacto\Applications::1\CCD::1\Pilot::181
                    Pilot Directory Number : Used for direct call

How i get the unused pilot deleted?

Do you have CCs software? Where you can see f.e. status (opened, blocked...)

Yes, we have the CCS Software.
The pilot status is "blocked" and there´s no call rule defined.

Hi xister,

your pilot is assigned as "Pilot direct call" in a Processing Group. That's why you can't delete it.
